Senior Scrum Master & Project Manager 2021 - Current
Recruited to optimize Project Management, on-boarding and transitioning processes in a Hybrid Project Management environment for Sangoma’s portfolio of UCaaS, MSP and Access products, supervise Onshore and Offshore team members, and organize product training for new/existing customers, resellers, and channel partners.
Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, internally and with client and vendor organizations, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
Support the Product Development, Product Support, Sales, and Executive Leadership in identifying internal and external risks to projects and implementing risks responses to insure stakeholders satisfaction.
Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master using a combination of PMBOK and Agile standards and frameworks across cross-functional teams and organizations.

Project Manager 2013 - 2021
Hired to Project Manage AT&T’s IP voice and data services and to help pioneer the AT&T project management product training program through authoring new engaging training materials in overseeing daily assignments to ensure a successful completion and launch of training programs for Project Managers.
Developed and coached a robust team of ~60 new hires and seasoned Project Managers and ~40 Contractors as the lead Subject Matter Expert in producing highly comprehensive training materials and process outlines for AT&T’s portfolio of IP voice and data services.
Established strong partnerships and collaborated with Onshore and Offshore Project Managers and Engineers to promptly resolve conflicts and roadblocks in coordination with third-party vendors, consultants, and sales teams.
Reported timely routine project updates to customers and vendors across the project life-cycle, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Liaised between internal organizations and customers to enhance project cycle time from analyzing current processes, determining the root cause, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Created contingency plans which reduced risk in tandem with sustaining well-documented and efficiently organized project documentation.
